Blinds Budget for a 2BHK and 3BHK in Delhi NCR (2026)

Budget per room, not per sq ft — that is how the invoice actually arrives.
The mistake first-time buyers make is budgeting per square foot. Invoices arrive per window, per room. Here is the whole-home view for Delhi NCR at 2026 rates — roller ₹100–₹250/sq ft, zebra ₹120–₹190, GST included, 10 sq ft minimum per window.
2BHK: what six to eight windows cost
- Budget fit — light-filtering roller, 6 windows: roughly ₹12,000–₹14,000 installed. Good fabric, plain mechanisms, every window covered properly.
- Standard fit — mixed roller + blackout bedroom: ₹14,000–₹18,000. One step up in fabric on the living room, blackout on both bedrooms.
- Zebra throughout: ₹16,000–₹30,000 depending on how many windows and which fabrics.
3BHK: the same maths, two more rooms
Eight to twelve windows: budget-fit roller lands around ₹16,000–₹22,000; a mixed roller-and-zebra home typically ₹22,000–₹38,000. The jump is fabric and window count, not feet — 3BHKs simply have more openings.
Where to spend, where to save
- Spend on the sun-facing bedroom — blackout or dim-out fabric pays back in sleep quality every single day
- Spend on the two windows you look at most — living room and master bedroom; the eye lands there
- Save on service windows — bathrooms and utility windows work beautifully in plain roller fabric at the bottom of the range
- Motorisation, later — roughly ₹3,000–₹6,500 per window when you want it; wiring is easiest during a fit-out, but retrofits are routine
How to get an exact number today
Write your window list as width × height — measure with the guide or AR tool, or book a free site measurement across Delhi NCR — then price each window in the roller and zebra configurators. The 4×5 ft window that anchors most budgets runs roughly ₹2,000–₹2,600 in standard roller fabric and ₹2,400–₹3,800 in zebra; every other size scales from the same tables in the price guide.
One planning note: order every window together. Per-window minimums average down on a full-home order, and one installation visit is cheaper than three.
