You may create an account using email and password, mobile OTP, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Many of our products are custom made-to-measure to the dimensions and options you provide. Please ensure your measurements and selections are correct before confirming — made-to-measure items are produced specifically for you.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, colours and prices, but minor variations may occur and displays can differ across devices. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm the order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store full payment card or bank details.

For certain made-to-measure orders an advance payment may be required to begin production, with the balance due as described at checkout or in your quote.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product, customisation and location. Where installation services are offered, scheduling will be coordinated with you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Standard, non-customised items may be returned in line with our Refund Policy. Made-to-measure and custom products are generally non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy and Warranty for full details.

Eligible products are covered by the warranty described in our Warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation not carried out by us, accidents or normal wear and tear.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

All content on blindsbazaar.in, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of BlindsBazaar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
