The roller rate is the fabric rate — the mechanism is standard, the cloth is not.

Roller blinds are the simplest product in the window category — one fabric, one tube, one mechanism — which is why their pricing is the most honest to read. In 2026 at BlindsBazaar: from ₹100/sq ft, most fabrics ₹100–₹130, premium collections up to ₹250, GST included.

What the per-sq-ft rate is made of

  • Fabric (the variable): light-filtering, sunscreen, dim-out and blackout weaves price in tiers; a premium collection can double the cloth cost of a basic roller at the same size
  • Tube, brackets, chain mechanism (the fixed part): rated for the blind's own width, included in the rate
  • Fabrication: cut to the millimetre at our Mangolpuri workshop, included
  • GST: included — the displayed price is final and the invoice itemises CGST/SGST

Turning the rate into a price

Width × height in feet gives the area; under the 10 sq ft minimum, small windows are billed as 10 sq ft. A standard 4×5 ft window (20 sq ft) lands at roughly ₹2,000–₹2,600 in most fabrics; a 5×6 ft at roughly ₹3,000–₹3,900. Every current fabric's exact rate is on its product page before checkout — see the roller blinds catalogue.

What is not in the rate

  1. Motorisation — roughly ₹3,000–₹6,500 per window, fitted
  2. Outside-mount hardware — an add-on at configuration, chosen when the recess is shallow or the room needs full coverage

Installation kit, delivery, and the 3-year warranty on fabric and mechanism come with the blind, not after it. The full table across sizes sits in the 2026 price guide; to price your own window in under a minute, use the AR self-measure tool and watch the configurator update as you type.
