Office Roller Blinds in Delhi NCR: Spec, Glare and Fit-Out

In an office, a blind is judged at 2 pm on a Tuesday: is the monitor readable, is the room dark, is anyone squinting. That is a specification problem, and roller blinds solve it better than any other product in the category.

Specify by the direction the windows face

• East: short, hard morning sun — a 5% openness sunscreen roller kills the flare and keeps the view
• West and south: the long afternoon bake — 1–3% openness, or dual zebra where the room also needs privacy on demand
• North: steady diffuse light — light-filtering rollers from ₹100/sq ft; save the sunscreen budget for problem elevations
• Cabins and meeting rooms: sunscreen for daylight, full blackout where projectors live

Rows of windows: uniformity is the feature

An office looks intentional when every blind in a run is the same fabric, the same stack side, and the same drop. Specify the run once, and batch-measure — regular glazing rows vary by millimetres, and our measurement allowance quietly absorbs what the building did not promise. For any run over ~8 ft wide or 8 ft tall, motorisation (roughly ₹3,000–₹6,500 per window, less per unit on large banks) turns six daily reaches into one remote — and wiring runs are cheapest during the fit-out, before the carpets are down.

Fitting around working hours

Installation across Delhi NCR happens after hours and on weekends as standard. Bracket drilling in an occupied office is an inconvenience we schedule rather than one your team absorbs — typical lead time from site visit to finished fitting is 7–21 days, and evening slots arrive in the same window.

Getting a bulk quote, properly

Send a window list — width × height per opening, floor by floor — and you get a per-opening quote at the same public rates as every other client: roller from ₹100/sq ft, zebra ₹120–₹190, GST included with a proper tax invoice. Per-window minimums average down hard on a floor plan, and the 2026 price guide lets you pre-check the arithmetic before the quote arrives. See the wide-run options on the roller blinds page, or send the list through the contact page — commercial quotes come back within a working day.
